Andrew and Carla Brooks purchased this hotel six years ago. Transforming it from a very basic tired hotel to a pioneer of the boutique guesthouse in Bath. Brooks hotels is a growing company with a guesthouse in Bristol and a hotel in Edinburgh. In Bath we offer an excellent location and unique beautiful rooms with an exceptional breakfast to kick start your day.

In the center of Bath, this boutique-style guest house has stylish bedrooms with pocket-sprung mattresses, flat-screen TV, and quality feather bedding (microfibre bedding can be provided on request) and cotton towels. Royal Victoria park is just a 5-minute walk away.

Every room at Brooks Guesthouse is of a very high standard, mixing antique and modern furniture. The en suite bathrooms feature travertine stone tiles and Italian designer fittings.

Brooks have sourced the best local organic ingredients for breakfast. Choose from full English, vegetarian, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, Eggs Benedict, Eggs Florentine, , selection of cereals, homemade granola, yoghurt and compote.

An honesty bar is open daily with great selection and the guest lounge has an open log fire and free internet access via laptop. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the guesthouse.

As being part of eco-friendly city of Bath, we encourage visitors to use public transport to reduce vehicle emissions and improve air quality for all. If you however decide to drive, please use one of three Park and Ride services https://travelwest.info/park-ride , which operate seven days a week. Buses run into the city from all three Park and Ride sites at least every 15 minutes, with a journey time of just ten minutes. Alternatively, you can use a public pay and display car park, which is just behind Brooks Guesthouse - Charlotte Street Car Park @ £18.60 for 24 hours, for more details please visit https://beta.bathnes.gov.uk/charlotte-street-car-park-bath
